Many of you will be traveling for the holidays or for work and even vacation but that doesn’t mean that you have to fall completely off track from eating well. I give lots of thought and planning for what clothes and belongings you are going to bring along but I don’t give much thought to what healthy food items you could pack with you. You can take food items through airport security, just no liquid items. This is a great opportunity to control what you eat while traveling.
